Our Story

Voted the county's best. Cooked out of one window.

Early Rizers is a food truck on Industrial Road in Rockport, Arkansas — behind the Circle K, across from Walmart. Breakfast starts at nine. Supper runs till eight. Everything comes off one flat-top, made when you order it.

In 2026 Hot Spring County voted us Best Food Truck, and put us first runner-up in three more categories: biscuits, plate lunches, and sandwiches. We didn't campaign for it. People just kept pulling up.

The menu is Southern comfort food without the ceremony — french toast stuffed with whatever's good that week, half-pound burgers on Texas toast, phillys that don't fit the bread, and a plate called the Trainwreck that we don't really know how to describe. Pull up hungry. Leave happy.
